We start the class with a gentle warm up to relax and also get you ready to dance, We then learn a short and easy to follow routine from a Movie or Musical or maybe one of your Strictly favourite dance styles. Ginger Rogers, Fred Astaire, John Travolta or Anton Du Beke … so much style and glamour all in one class! Fun and FAB – U – LOUS!
Please wear comfortable exercise, dance, gym wear, trainers, jazz shoes or dance sneakers are ideal for footwear. Please bring water to stay hydrated.
