Hi, I’m Ginnette Brookes, a dance teacher with more than 20 years experience, lets get moving


Mind & body relaxation

No previous experience necessary

This is the perfect class for those who have a hectic lifestyle or if you just want to take time out for yourself and re centre. The class is 45 minutes and is floor based. I will talk you through ways of relaxing your mind and focussing on
calm breathing. This is followed by gentle stretches for the spine, arms, legs and back. The class finishes with your own time to relax completely. You will feel calm and peaceful by the end of this.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel to sit and lie on. Comfortable clothing that doesn’t distract is recommended and once you begin the class you can remove your footwear.

    Ginnette makes all of the moves really easy to understand, I feel fitter, I have lost weight and I’ve made friends, can’t recommend highly enough!


    I wasn’t sure that dance classes were for me, but I was encouraged to go by a friend and I needn’t have worried, thoroughly enjoyable and although there are a range of abilities, you can go at your own pace, which is good for me!
